Egypte staat bekend om het grote aanbod aan liveaboards. Met een liveaboard verblijf je meerdere dagen op zee en duik je op locaties die niet per dagboot bereikbaar zijn. Dit is een populaire keuze voor duikers die veel willen duiken en verschillende gebieden willen combineren. Liveaboards in Egypte varen routes in zowel het noorden als het zuiden van de Rode Zee en zijn vooral geschikt voor duikers met enige ervaring.

Een duikvakantie in Egypte is het gehele jaar door een goed idee. In het zomerseizoen kunnen de temperaturen wel boven de 35 graden uitkomen en is het water met een gemiddelde temperatuur van 25 graden perfect om te duiken, snorkelen of even af te koelen!

Maar een duikvakantie in Egypte kan ook perfect tijdens jouw winterzonvakantie. Hier geniet je ook in de wintermaanden december, januari en februari van een heerlijk zonnetje en temperaturen die boven de 20 graden Celcius uitkomen! De meest aangename temperaturen vind je in Egypte tussen november en maart, wanneer de temperatuur tussen de 20 en 30 graden blijft.
